About me
Silvia Royo López is an entrepreneur, author and coach. The daughter of the founders of Royo Group—a leading multinational in bathroom furniture with more than 50 years of history—she grew up in an environment shaped by a culture of hard work and family legacy. She built her career within the family business, went on to drive its international expansion and founded Royo USA in Miami, where she lives today with her three children.…

The SEGUIMOS Workshop was born from my experience as an entrepreneur, mother, author and coach, and from many of the conversations that gave rise to Las cicatrices también brillan.
It will be a space for real work: experiences, coaching tools, exercises, practical material and conversations that help us see more clearly where we are and how we want to keep going.

My manifesto
For many years I believed success meant working hard, going far and never letting anyone down.
Over time I understood that you can be building a seemingly perfect life and, at the same time, lose yourself inside it.
I no longer want to do something big just because of its size. I want it to be big because of the mark it leaves. I want to win hearts, not companies.
I believe no success is worth your health, your children or your peace.
I no longer live to prove. I live to leave a mark.
